Who Are We?

HYBRID Method Pilates is a boutique movement studio in Dubai that blends Pilates with holistic movement practices such as yoga and dancer-inspired conditioning like barre to create an intelligent, balanced approach to movement. Our method combines strength, mobility, control, and mindful movement to help people move better, feel stronger, and develop long-term body awareness.

Rocket Inspired

A dynamic Rocket-inspired flow blending strength, mobility, and playful movement. Expect creative transitions, strong sequences, and space to explore inversions and arm balances in an energising practice.

Reset Yin

Reset Yin is a grounding practice designed to slow the nervous system down, release deep tension, and create space in both body and mind. Expect longer holds, breathwork, and a calm atmosphere to help you reset and recharge.

Mobility Intro

Mobility Intro is a beginner-friendly class focused on improving flexibility, joint mobility, and body awareness through simple, accessible movement patterns. Perfect for anyone new to mobility training or looking to build a stronger foundation for everyday movement.
